Dawn McCants, Executive Producer, is a University of South Florida graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Dance. She joined Event Show Productions as a performer in 1992, and has since played an integral role in show development and creative concept.  Well versed in all aspects of entertainment production, Dawn plays a central role in the day to day business of the ESP office. As a Producer, McCants has developed entertainment solutions for numerous national and international clients, customizing their programs and directing award winning performances.  Dawn's attention to detail and client service has gained the trust of many reputable agents and event planners in the industry.
